• AI and NFT artwork and products are not accepted nor offered in any way. Commissioned artwork cannot be used within AI generators or as NFTs.• I have the right to refuse to work on specific things or ask for additional payment if desired content is not specified at the start of the commission and agreed upon in advance.• I have the right to decline or ask for additional payment if you wish to add more onto your commission after completion.• Commercial usage is an additional fee. This entails using the artwork for merchandise and produced goods. Content may be used on Twitch and YouTube streams for no additional cost for commission options seen on this webpage.• Copyright belongs to me.• Claiming content as your own creation is not allowed. Please credit me.• Emergency commissions are provided for an additional fee. These work around short deadlines and often require moving the commission to the top of my queue for immediate completion. Contact for availability.• NSFW content is generally not accepted. Contact me if you have something specific in mind.• Refunds will not be issued after completion of the initial sketch.• Payment is accepted either full upfront, or, half upfront and half after completion of the product (before delivery).• Four free small corrections are allowed. After that, some corrections may require an additional fee. This depends on a case by case basis. Large corrections may require an additional fee.
